Dr. Sergio Sokol

Dr. Sergio Sokol is s a board-certified Cardiologist "American Board of Cardiology, American Board of Nuclear Cardiology and American Board of Internal Medicine". He received his medical degree from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine. With his breadth of knowledge and  diagnostic experience, Dr. Sokol has consulted for hundreds of doctors on the East Coast. Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death and deterioration of life in the United States. Dr. Sergio Sokol just recently named Chief of Cardiology at St. John's Episcopal Hospital of Far Rockaway.

Dr. Sokol has been awarded by Castle Connolly as Top Doctor for cardiology for thirteen consecutive years. He is recognized by his peers as one the leading cardiologist in the country and specifically leads the area of Cardiac Imaging.

He leads a team of providers and nurse practitioners that provide coverage throughout the New York Metropolitan Region. He is affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Centers and Northwell Health Centers throughout New York. 

Dr. Sokol provides extremely comprehensive and compassionate care for all his patients.

Dr.Cary Pollack

Dr. Cary S. Pollack is a highly regarded cardiologist and a highly valued member of the Five Towns Heart Imaging Team.  He is affiliated with several prominent hospitals in the area, including Mercy Hospital-Rockville Centre and St. Catherine of Siena Hospital. With over two decades of medical practice, Dr. Pollack is a trusted expert in the field of cardiology.

Dr. Pollack embarked on his medical journey at Universidad del Noreste, where he earned his medical degree. His dedication to healthcare and his commitment to excellence have been evident throughout his extensive career.

His medical training and residency at Bronx Care Health System included a Residency in Internal Medicine in 1981-1981, followed by a Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease from 1984 to 1986. Dr. Pollack further enriched his expertise with a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at New York Medical College at St Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York in 1984-1984.

Dr. Braulio Cosme

Dr. Braulio F. Cosme-Thormann is an accredited Cardiologist that is a vital part of the Five Towns Heart Imaging Team.  He received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena and Fellowship from Beth Israel Medical Center – Long Island College Hospital.  Dr Cosme is a very dedicated professional that has been in practice for more than 20 years.   He is affiliated  with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mercy Hospital,  Mount Sinai Hospital and NYC Health and Hospitals-Woodhull.

Dr. William Frumkin

Dr. William Frumkin is one of our key cardiologists with a specific emphasis on Cardiac Electrophysiology.  He is Board Certified Electrophysiologist trained in all aspects of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology including Radio Frequency Ablations and Defibrillator and Pacer Implantations.  Dr Frumkin is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mount Sinai and Jamaica Medical Center. He received his medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 25 years. Dr. William Frumkin has expertise in treating heart failure, hypertension, cardiomyopathy, and other conditions.
